After only four months, all 1,000 copies had been sold – ably assisted by positive reviews from a number of high-profile reviewers.
The following months saw numerous requests for the book, but alas this proved impossible to satisfy, as there were no more copies available. However, after negotiations with out top-class printer we came to an arrangement where a further, very short, print run would be possible by tagging it on to a much larger order in 2024.
